Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer with up to 2 years of experience in quality control or in-process quality control in cosmetics or topical pharmaceuticals. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final product quality checks for cosmetic and topical pharmaceutical products.
- Inspect raw materials or packaging components, and finished products according to standard specifications.
- Monitor and maintain records of batch production and quality testing.
- Perform laboratory testing, including physical, chemical, and microbiological evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Support investigations of quality-related issues and participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Prepare quality documentation such as test reports, certificates of analysis, and deviations reports.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams for quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in quality control or in-process quality control in cosmetics or topical pharmaceuticals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment.
- Understanding of GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
