Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team in Khopoli Campus, Maharashtra. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality checks for cosmetic and topical pharmaceutical products throughout the production process.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products against established specifications, guaranteeing adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of batch production and quality testing, facilitating efficient tracking and analysis.
  • Perform laboratory tests, including physical, chemical, and microbiological evaluations, to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory departments, to drive quality improvements and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, such as test reports, certificates of analysis, and deviation reports, as required by regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or in-process quality control in cosmetics or topical pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance standards, as well as proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment.
