Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills and Communication Trainer to join our team at the Pune Institute of Business Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in equipping students with essential business communication skills, personality development techniques, and overall professional growth. This role focuses on enhancing students' ability to communicate effectively in business environments and fostering personal growth to thrive in corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Communication Training:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules on various aspects of business communication, including verbal and written communication, email etiquette, presentations, report writing, and formal communication styles.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and sessions on effective business communication strategies to help students communicate confidently in professional settings.
  • Prepare students for group discussions, meetings, and interviews by enhancing their presentation and speaking skills.
  • Train students on non-verbal communication, including body language, tone, and voice modulation.
  • Personality Development:
  • Conduct personality development programs aimed at improving students' self-confidence, interpersonal skills, and overall professional demeanor.
  • Guide students on time management, leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to help students polish their personal and professional image, grooming, and etiquette.
  • Soft Skills Training:
  • Conduct workshops on critical soft skills such as emotional intelligence, problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making.
  • Facilitate role-playing and scenario-based learning to develop students' communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assessments and Feedback:
  • Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, group discussions, and presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback on students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to assess students' business communication and personality skills.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with faculty members and academic coordinators to integrate soft skills and communication training into the overall academic curriculum.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in communication and soft skills training to continuously enhance the training programs.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Organize and host webinars, guest lectures, and training sessions by industry professionals.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and resources for students.
  • Participate in campus events, placement drives, and corporate interaction activities to enhance students’ real-world business communication experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
  • Certification in Soft Skills or Communication Training (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate communication, or personality development.
  • Prior experience in training students or professionals, particularly in a business or academic environment, is preferred.
