We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s obsessed with simplicity yet fully engaged in how generative AI and advanced data analytics are reshaping traditional UX/UI. You’ll be a key partner from day one—leading user research, innovating on our UX, and ensuring our product delivers immediate value. If you’re excited about challenging the status quo of BI tools and have experience leveraging AI in new, inventive ways, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Simplify & Drive Adoption : Conduct user research to discover friction points, then design fluid, intuitive experiences that encourage ongoing use.
  • Innovate with Gen AI : Explore how the latest AI trends can be integrated into our product, keeping insights accessible for all.
  • Full Design Ownership : Guide the entire design cycle—from concept and user research to final UI/UX and continuous improvements.

About You

  • Proven experience in UX design and user research, ideally within startups.
  • Proven track record of adoption-focused product design, with a passion for simplicity .
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience in generative AI.

Salary: 30 lac - 40 lac + bonus + ESOPS
