# ; Job Title: IT Recruiter (Australian Shift) Location: Noida Experience: 1–8 Years Shift Timing: Australian Shift About the Role We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in technology hiring, Boolean searches, and international recruitment . The ideal candidate should be confident in closing niche IT roles independently and managing end-to-end recruitment for global clients. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for US and Australian regions . Use advanced Boolean search strings , job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to find top talent. Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and relevant IT experience. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche skill sets. Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily reporting. Required Skills Strong understanding of IT technologies (software development, cloud, DevOps, data, infra, etc.). Expertise in Boolean searches , X-ray search, and deep sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global recruitment environment. Experience hiring for US staffing or Australia staffing preferred.
