As a Software Engineer – MLE , you will build and maintain scalable Python-based applications while preparing to grow into the Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) space. This role is a great opportunity for software engineers who want to strengthen their engineering expertise and develop skills in AI and ML through structured training and hands-on experience. You will work closely with data, AI, and platform engineering teams to build systems that are efficient, secure, and ready for AI integration. Build and maintain scalable applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Work in agile teams to deliver high-quality features quickly and reliably. Collaborate with data and AI teams to prepare applications for ML integration. Participate in guided learning programs to develop into the Machine Learning Engineering track. Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming. Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Curiosity to learn and grow into the Machine Learning Engineering space.
