Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Working Model: On site

Days: Rotational shifts with one weekly off

Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Budget: 70k to 1LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 3-5 years preferred (luxury/fashion retail background)

Role Overview: We’re looking for someone with presence, confidence, and a deep understanding of luxury fashion to run the store end-to-end. This is a customer-facing, leadership-heavy role that requires balancing team management, styling support, and smooth store operations. The right fit will be intuitive, organized, and able to create a warm, high-energy atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Floor Management:

  • Guide and mentor the in-store team for daily tasks and sales
  • Ensure a smooth, energized floor environment with clear communication and support

Client Experience:

  • Offer styling and assistance to clients during visits and appointments
  • Handle bridal and high-value clients with discretion and clarity
  • Build long-term customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and service

Store Operations:

  • Maintain billing, order coordination, and daily reporting
  • Oversee fittings, returns, order updates, and coordination with designers
  • Ensure stock visibility and movement with minimal errors

Merchandising & Brand Experience:

  • Keep displays updated, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Collaborate on in-store events, launches, and special appointments

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience in premium/luxury fashion or designer retail
  • A sharp, stylish personality with calm leadership energy
  • Strong command over customer communication and store flow
  • Tech-friendly: familiar with POS tools, billing, basic Excel/Sheets
  • A grounded, approachable way of leading and problem-solving
