We are now looking for an experienced  Senior Designer to join our team and lead the creative direction for our upcoming collections.

Position Overview The Senior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept through production, with a focus on delivering unique and trend-forward rugs.

This role requires a seasoned designer with a strong background in textiles and an ability to blend creative vision with practical execution.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate across departments, and ensure that our designs meet both client expectations and market trends.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of new rug collections, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision and market demands.

Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to conceptualize and bring innovative designs to life.

Supervise and mentor junior designers, offering guidance on best practices and design principles.

Oversee the design process from concept through sampling, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

Conduct trend research and material exploration to create forward-thinking designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

Work closely with the showroom team to set up and maintain a visually appealing environment for client visits.

Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and samples for internal review and client presentations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent design experience is preferred.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in textile design, specifically in the rugs industry.

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Ned Graphics.

Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design skills, with a focus on rugs or textiles.

Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to internal teams and clients.

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
