Job Description:-


  • Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (Gym & Health Trainers) to present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments and knowledge of the product.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales calls and closing deals.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, or customer inquiries. Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor the sales approach to suit individual preferences.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to address customer inquiries and confidently handle objections.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Objection Handling : Effectively handle objections, concerns, and questions from customers, using problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and close sales.
  • Reporting : Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather and report feedback from customers regarding the products/services and potential improvements.
  • Follow-up : Follow up on leads and previous conversations with customers to nurture relationships and convert potential sales.


Job Specifications: -


1. Minimum Graduate in any stream.

2. Around 0 to 2 years of relevant experience desired.

3. Good Verbal communication skills in English.

4. Clear pronunciation and clarity in speech.
