About Position:


We are looking Python Developer who is having Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON, with a broad knowledge of modern web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications.

What You'll Do:


  • 5+ years of experience building, tweaking, and extending web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, and/or Angular), preferably for enterprise-level products.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON, with a broad knowledge of modern web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
  • Advanced understanding of and detailed experience with Zendesk developer docs, ZIS (Zendesk Integration Services), Zendesk APIs, and ZAF (Zendesk App Frameworks).
  • Have a strong understanding of user experience and interface design, applying these principles when building applications.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Zendesk certifications: Zendesk Administrator. Explore CX Analyst, Guide Specialist, and App Developer I.
  • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Experience with additional CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Jira / Confluence experience.
  • Knowledge of Workato (or equivalent integration tools).
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Ruby, Python or another modern programming language.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of overall Salesforce testing experience with automation and manual testing.
  • They should be proficient in Salesforce automated testing using Selenium or similar automation tools and strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience in manual and automated testing techniques and tools is essential, with substantial experience in CPQ, Lightning UI, API Testing and Rest Assured
  • Familiarity with using test case management tool is crucial for candidates to effectively document and manage their testing projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in automated testing are highly valued
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.
  • Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.
  • Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.
  • Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.
  • Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.
