About Position:
We are looking Python Developer who is having Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON, with a broad knowledge of modern web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications.
Role: Python Full Stack Developer
Location: Pune
Experience: 5-10 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
5+ years of experience building, tweaking, and extending web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, and/or Angular), preferably for enterprise-level products.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON, with a broad knowledge of modern web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications.
Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
Advanced understanding of and detailed experience with Zendesk developer docs, ZIS (Zendesk Integration Services), Zendesk APIs, and ZAF (Zendesk App Frameworks).
Have a strong understanding of user experience and interface design, applying these principles when building applications.
Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex systems and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Zendesk certifications: Zendesk Administrator. Explore CX Analyst, Guide Specialist, and App Developer I.
Certifications in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
Experience with additional CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Jira / Confluence experience.
Knowledge of Workato (or equivalent integration tools).
Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
Experience with Ruby, Python or another modern programming language.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of overall Salesforce testing experience with automation and manual testing.
They should be proficient in Salesforce automated testing using Selenium or similar automation tools and strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Experience in manual and automated testing techniques and tools is essential, with substantial experience in CPQ, Lightning UI, API Testing and Rest Assured
Familiarity with using test case management tool is crucial for candidates to effectively document and manage their testing projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant certifications in automated testing are highly valued
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.
Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.
Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.
Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.
Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.
Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.
