Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Category Lead to oversee digital businesses of Bill Payments, Fuel, FASTag Recharge and Gift Vouchers. The ideal candidate will drive the product strategy, strategic vision, business PnLs, and operational excellence for these categories, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:1. Develop and implement the strategic plan for these businesses while identifying market trends and competitive landscape2. Product led business problem solving with a data driven approach3. Innovate with eco-system partners to provide innovative solutions ensuring product differentiationPnL Management:1. Manage the Profit and Loss (PnL) for the digital categories, ensuring financial targets are met.2. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.3. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.Category Management:1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience) to ensure seamless product launches and enhancements.2. Monitor product performance, user feedback and other related KPIs to continuously improve the customer experience.3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the respective categories4. Ensure robust operational processes and systems to support high transaction volumes and business continuity.5. Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.6. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.2. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital businesses, e-commerce, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.3. Proven track record of successfully managing digital products and services.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.6.
