Design and optimize query execution plans, troubleshoot slow queries using explain(), and fine-tune indexes accordingly.4 Practical knowledge of MongoDB anti-patterns and how to avoid them. Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas, Atlas Search, and performance monitoring tools.5 Proven expertise in writing complex queries , including use of operators like $and, $or, $in, $regex, $lookup, $unwind, $facet, $project, and $group.6 Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning, indexing, and resource management.7 Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.8 Security: Ensure database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and compliance with industry standards.9 High Availability: Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions using MongoDB Atlas and Azure services.10 Database Migration: Lead and execute database migration projects from on-premises relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) to MongoDB Atlas on Azure.11 Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts for database management tasks using tools like Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Terraform.12 Monitoring and Alerts: Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve database issues.13 Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to support application development and deployment.14 Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and best practices15 Proven experiences as a MongoDB DBA, with a focus on Azure cloud services.16 Experience with database migration projects from on-premises relational databases to MongoDB Atlas17 Should be flexible to work in US shifts between11AM – 11PM for 9:30hrs as per client timings18 All 5 days’ work from office with no exception.
