This role involves leading a development team, designing scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications usingAngular .Build scalable backend services usingNode.js .Work withMongoDBfor database design, performance optimization, and data modeling.Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Guide and mentor junior developers.Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience withAngular (latest versions) .Expertise inNode.js , Express.js, REST APIs.Proficiency inMongoDB , schema design, and aggregation.Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).Understanding of microservices architecture.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Leadership SkillsAbility to lead a team and manage project deliverables.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
