Role Overview : We're seeking a Technical Writer to transform complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. In this role, you'll build and maintain our documentation portal while working closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive technical content.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, FAQs, and online help resources
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather accurate technical information
Develop structured information architecture for easy navigation
Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy
Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in SaaS
Portfolio of published work (blog, product documentation, news articles, etc.)
Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Markdown, ReadMe, Notion, JIRA)
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
