The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems, with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution- Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.- Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.2. Customer Experience Optimization- Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.- Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.3. Content Management & Web Analytics- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.- Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.5.
