Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent is sourced.

Utilize and optimize recruitment platforms such as Linked In, indeed, Naukri, and others to identify and engage top talent.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with global recruitment consultants and agencies.

Stay up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
