The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG/beauty/retail sales , along with expertise in handling modern trade, online platforms, and direct-to-consumer strategies.Salary- 7lac to 9,60,000 paKey Responsibilities:Sales Growth & StrategyCreate and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Identify and develop new B2B & B2C channels (distributors, modern trade, retail outlets, e-commerce).Drive product placement in key retail chains and explore regional/national expansion.Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise sales executives/field staff.Monitor daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.Returns & ReconciliationOversee return policies for distributors, retailers, and online customers.Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams to manage reverse logistics and replacement processes .Analyze return reasons and take action to reduce product returns and damages.Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with distributors, modern trade partners, and key clients.Negotiate terms, margins, and
