Senior Manager, Project Management

Option analysis & documentation including the identification of gaps and issues
Responsible for project management and different work stream tracking at a program level (PMO)
Escalate where there are project issues or project inefficiencies
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support project work
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Previous experience working within Wholesale Banking
Previous experience leading requirements analysis and documentation
Previous experience of banking business management or change management
Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage cross functional projects with varying levels of experience
Ability to work under limited supervision (‘self-starter’) in unstructured environments
Highly literate with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Well versed with Project Management Tools like JIRA, Kanban boards, Confluence, Sharepoint build
Familiarity with different project management and delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince 2)
Familiarity experience articulating requirements in the form of Use Case, User Stories and using UML (or other similar structures)
Previous Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Previous Experience in finance, operations or credit risk change projects
Certifications in business analysis are advantageous (e.g. ISEB Business Analysis diploma)
Post Graduate degree required
