From paid media and content to ABM programs, we focus on initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team and bring our brand to life across every channel. From social media and sales collaterals to landing pages, website visuals, whitepapers, and case studies — you’ll be the creative force that makes our marketing stand out. Design for campaigns & events: Create assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages). Content design: Elevate long-form content such as whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging, easy-to-digest formats. Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages and landing page layouts using tools like Figma. Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines. Handle day-to-day design asks (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity. Bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive. 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred). ~ Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ~ Figma (for web and collaborative design) ~ Canva (for quick-turn marketing needs) ~ Awareness of modern design trends and the ability to adapt them into marketing assets. ~ A strong portfolio that showcases versatility across digital, print, and web. ~ A high-operator mindset — delivering fast without compromising quality. ~ Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components. You’ve become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, confidently handling design requests across campaigns and events. The team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, and social media. You’ve helped define and improve our brand guidelines to scale with us. You’ve built repeatable templates to streamline content creation. You’ve earned a reputation as a high-performing designer — quick, reliable, and consistently raising our creative quality.
