Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to analyze data to drive performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives. Ensure the strategy covers content creation, platform-specific strategies, and audience targeting.
• Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media for various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Community Management: Engage with followers and community members, fostering a positive online environment. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track key performance metrics (KPIs), generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to propose new ideas and innovative content strategies.
• Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align social media efforts with broader company initiatives.
• Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in social media management or strategy.
o Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
o Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, etc.).
o Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Creative thinker with excellent content creation skills.
o Analytical skills to measure and track social media performance.
o Ability to adapt quickly and stay ahead of industry trends.
o Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Experience in managing social media for eCommerce, retail, or tech industries.
