This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to analyze data to drive performance and strategy.Key Responsibilities:•Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives. Ensure the strategy covers content creation, platform-specific strategies, and audience targeting.•Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media for various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, etc.).•Community Management: Engage with followers and community members, fostering a positive online environment. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.•Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.•Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track key performance metrics (KPIs), generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.•Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to propose new ideas and innovative content strategies.•Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.•Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align social media efforts with broader company initiatives.•Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand goals.Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).•Experience:o3+ years of experience in social media management or strategy.oProven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.oExperience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads,
Ads, Instagram, etc.).oFamiliarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).•Skills:oStrong written and verbal communication skills.oCreative thinker with excellent content creation skills.oAnalytical skills to measure and track social media performance.oAbility to adapt quickly and stay ahead of industry trends.oKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).•Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.•Experience in managing social media for eCommerce, retail, or tech industries.Working Conditions:•Full-time position
