CENTA’s founder and senior leaders come from IIT, IIM and other strong backgrounds, and bring rich global industry experience.The Associate - Large Partnerships will be responsible for generating revenue through acquisition, management, and growth of strategic, high-value partnerships, and other key stakeholders across multinational corporations, governments, foundations, and universties. Future growth potential in the role includes opportunities to build specific business lines, establish CENTA’s presence in specific geographies/sectors and to have a career path towards more senior roles.Roles and Responsibilities:1) Revenue Generation via Partnership Acquisition & DevelopmentStrive to achieve monthly revenue targetsGenerate leads, connect with prospective partners, ensure timely responses and engagementPrepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to partner needsPrepare proposals, MOUs, and partnership agreementsCollate market and partner intelligence to strengthen proposals2) Relationship ManagementAct as the point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth issue resolutionBuild rapport with partner stakeholders and understand their objectives and challengesMaintain regular partner engagement to enable renewal, upselling, or expansionTrack partnership performance against agreed KPIs and prepare periodic reports3) Execution & CoordinationWork with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, etc.) to ensure deliveryMonitor progress on partnership commitments and ensure timelines are metCoordinate partner onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirementsMaintain a repository of relevant templates, case studies, and marketing collateralSkills and Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in B2B revenue generation and partnershipsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Masters degree preferableStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Drive, proactiveness and entrepreneurial orientation to pursue rapid growthProficient with common tech tools (Google - Sheets, Docs, etc., MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, Canva, etc.)Apply if you would like to be part of this exciting journey of building a growth stage business and simultaneously having large scale social impact We offer competitive salaries based on skills/experience .
