- Skilled in sourcing candidates from NGOs, Skill Development Centers, Employment Exchanges, and other non-conventional channels.
- Hands-on experience with online job portals such as Work India, Apna.com, Indeed, Quikr, and OLX, as well as field recruitment strategies.
Statutory Compliance & Payroll:
