Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)Location: Uppal, Telangana (Work from Office)Key Responsibilities:Market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants across multiple technologies.Work directly with clients and Tier-1 vendors to generate new opportunities.Handle the complete bench sales cycle — from lead generation to successful placement.Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships .Manage daily submissions, interviews, and closures efficiently.Negotiate rates and finalize contract terms with vendors and clients.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting (mandatory).In-depth understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types.Proven track record of consistent closures and performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills .Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals .Additional Information:Competitive salary + high incentive structure.Background check is mandatory before joining.Immediate joiners preferred.Apply:
