The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, practical industry experience, and a deep understanding of innovation, start-ups, and business model development.Key Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects.- Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice.- Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures.- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.- Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems.- Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.- Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives.Required Qualifications:- MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred)- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.- Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.Preferred Experience and Skills:- Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs.- Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
