Assistant/associate Professor

Assistant/Associate Professor, English and Communications Skills. We are seeking passionate individuals with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
**Responsibilities**
1. Conduct innovative research in your field of expertise.
2. Deliver engaging lectures in the relevant discipline and mentor students.
3. Creating lesson plans and instructional materials that align with language proficiency goals.
4. Conducting language lab sessions to improve student's English language skills,including listening,speaking,reading,and writing.
5. Designing and implementing assessments to evaluate student's language proficiency levels.
6. Encouraging students to actively participate in language activities and fostering a supportive environment for language learning.
7. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
**Qualifications**
1. Master's degree with a good academic record of at least 55%.
2. NET/Phd in the respective discipline from a recognised university.
3. For Associate Professor,minimum of 3 years of experience at the Assistant Professor level in education industry,excluding the time spent pursuing the research degree.
4. Effective communication and teaching skills.
