The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make Science engaging, practical, and easy to understand for students.Key Responsibilities:- Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) to students from Class 6th to 10th for both CBSE and GSEB boards.- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and interactive sessions.- Use real-life examples, experiments, and demonstrations to explain key concepts.- Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.- Collaborate with academic coordinators, parents, and management to ensure student progress.- Stay updated with board curriculum changes and examination patterns.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) with B.Ed preferred.- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.- Strong command over scientific concepts and curriculum understanding.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to engage students through interactive and innovative teaching styles.Preferred Skills:- Creative approach to teaching and problem-solving.- Good classroom management and motivational skills.- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching platforms.Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.- Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.- Supportive work culture and modern teaching environment.
