The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make Science engaging, practical, and easy to understand for students.Key Responsibilities:Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) to students from Class 6th to 10th for both CBSE and GSEB boards.Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and interactive sessions.Use real-life examples, experiments, and demonstrations to explain key concepts.Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.Collaborate with academic coordinators, parents, and management to ensure student progress.Stay updated with board curriculum changes and examination patterns.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) with B.Ed preferred.Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.Strong command over scientific concepts and curriculum understanding.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage students through interactive and innovative teaching styles.Preferred Skills:Creative approach to teaching and problem-solving.Good classroom management and motivational skills.Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching platforms.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.Supportive work culture and modern teaching environment.
