We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products.Key Responsibilities:- Provide Technical support for our Mobile and Web Applications- On site Support and Implementation of our product to customers- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems- Monitor application performance on a regular basis- Assist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoring- Support Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.- Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.Required Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role.- Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.- Experience with Issue Tracking systems- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Must Have Skills- Should have to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning/Afternoon)- Mandatory Languages to be known - English, Marathi and Hindi
