Join our dynamic team to shape the visual narrative of innovative research solutions.Position SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Communications Manager to join our Marketing team at BioBrain. In this role, you will lead all visual communication efforts, ensuring our brand's story is told compellingly through high-impact visuals. You will also mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on designer with a passion for design in the tech and market research space.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all visual communication initiatives for marketing, including the creation of graphics, infographics, data visualizations, social media assets, email campaigns, website elements, and promotional materials that align with BioBrain's brand identity and AI-driven insights focus.Develop and maintain visual style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing channels, adapting to evolving trends in market research and technology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product teams, and sales, to translate complex data and research concepts into engaging, accessible visuals.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, training on design tools and best practices, and supporting their professional growth.Manage design projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for outsourced work.Conduct visual audits and A/B testing to optimize marketing materials for user engagement and conversion.Stay abreast of industry trends in visual design, AI tools for creativity, and market research visualization techniques to innovate our communication strategies.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in visual design or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of leading visual projects in a marketing or tech environment, preferably in market research, SaaS, or AI-related industries.Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling, branding, and the ability to simplify complex information (e.g., AI insights or market data).Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding junior team members.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, UX/UI best practices, and accessibility standards.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with AI-enhanced design tools or generative art platforms.Experience in creating visuals for B2B marketing in the research or tech sectors.Knowledge of web design, digital art and typography principles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a startup mindset.To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio to   with the subject line "Visual Communications Manager Application."
