You create tailored solutions that address unique business needs, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.Locations: Dallas, Atlanta, Austin, Dublin (Ireland), Belfast (Ireland), Manila (Philippines), Warsaw (Poland), Buenos Aries (Argentina), Bangalore (India), Coimbatore (India), Hyderabad (India), Pune (India), Romania, Mexico, Costa RicaKey Responsibilities- End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.- Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders.- Experience with development technologies such as Apex.- Integration experience using Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft.- Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign-on and data security.- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN.- Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solution requirements.Mandatory Skills- Experience in designing and developing software components.- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Unit Testing.- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major.- 5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP), filling positions of growing responsibility, and managing junior technical resources.- 5+ years’ experience as a Developer in a mid-to large-sized organization, with proven leadership in driving organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.- 5+ years of professional object-oriented development experience.Why Join Artemis ABA?- Opportunity to lead architecture for a next-gen healthcare platform.- Mission-driven team focused on improving lives through behavioral health tech.- High autonomy and the chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.- Collaborative culture blending healthcare expertise and innovative software development.- Flexible work environment with room for professional growth and recognition.
