Job Purpose:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and processing study abroad applications, coordinating with universities/university representatives, and ensuring smooth communication with branch offices. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Probation Period:
6 months
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Application Management:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with branch offices and associates to ensure timely receipt of applications.
- Conduct quality checks on applications to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet university requirements.
- Dispatch applications to respective universities on the same day after quality checks and update the internal software.
- Build and strengthen relationships with global universities or their representatives, particularly in the application processing departments.
- Follow up with universities to improve response times and confirm application status.
Coordination and Communication:
- Provide weekly pending offer reports to universities.
- Plan and execute systematic follow-ups to ensure timely responses to applications.
- Communicate updates and changes in application processes to the management.
- Streamline and maintain efficient communication between branches, universities, and internal teams.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update a consolidated database of all student information.
- Utilize the internal software for effective data management.
- Send targeted Email/SMS communications to specific groups based on the database.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle priority processing requests and ensure timely outcomes.
- Assess application quality and eligibility to match students with appropriate universities.
- Ensure smooth operations and compliance with the organization’s processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any di scipline.Exper
