Business Development Manager
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven Business Development Manager to join our
team in propagating the efforts to explore new business opportunities in the field of
Fintech, Biofuel and new technology domains.
About the role
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business
partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and
have strong communication skills. He should be able to think critically when making
plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
He will have excellent analytical skills and familiarity while working with significant
budgets and with leading through change. You will share our commitment to
propagate company goals and objectives, inside and outside of the organisation.

Cash Friend Fintech Private Limited, established in 2019, has a unique technology
solution that allows businesses to accept, process, and disburse payments with its
product suite. The solution termed ‘PayFi’, supercharges business banking
experience by bringing excellence to all financial processes. Organisation is
exploring challenging opportunities in the new technology domains, while
consolidating the existing business strongholds.
Qualifications
● MBA from Tier I / Tier II Business Colleges
● Perform market research and competitor analysis in businesses related to
new age technologies
● 2 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
● Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies in
B2B Product selling
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Focused and goal-oriented
● Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
● Sharp negotiation and networking skills
● Experience with meeting KPI’s, following the processes, etc.
● Ability to think outside the box.
Responsibilities
● Identify, explore & develop new growth opportunities in alignment with
Businesses and Functions for Cash Friend Fintech in global market
● Monitor macroeconomic and market trends and derive opportunities and risks
● Support Businesses and Functions in market analyses and strategic projects
(including M&A)
● Help providing key information and ideas to top management in region
