#Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office
⏱️ Immediate to 30 days (preferred)
Contract to hire (C2H)
#Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension based on performance)
#Experience: 5+ years in FP&A or Marketing Finance

#Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization
Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights
Partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies
Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
Drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows

✅ 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( B.Com , MBA, M.Com preferred)
