We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost optimization measures.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Conduct variance analysis and track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
