Position Description: Senior Finance Analyst - (Controllership - P2 P) Location: Bangalore Join our high-impact Controllership team at the heart of Finance Operations We're looking for a detail-driven, strategic finance professional to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) function. This role blends core accounting expertise with hands-on financial operations across vendor payments, supply chain financing, automation, compliance, and cost efficiency in addition to ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and regulatory compliance across high-volume vendor and payment operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Tech, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive process excellence and financial control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Focus Areas: - Lead end-to-end P2 P controllership, including vendor payments, returns, and disputes - Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and balance sheet hygiene - Manage audit readiness and financial accuracy of AP and vendor receivables - Support statutory & internal audits, monthly closes, and reconciliations - Drive automation, compliance, and cost-efficiency in finance operations - Oversee accounting policies, MIS, cash flow planning, and controls What You Bring: - CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience in controllership or financial operations - Strong technical accounting knowledge & attention to detail - Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred), Excel, and audit processes - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-integrity environment This is an opportunity to own the numbers, protect the books, and drive governance at scale.
