We craft high-converting, modern websites tailored to each client’s goals — and we’re now looking for a results-driven Sales Closer with cold calling experience to join our team.Note: This role will be on-site initially. Once you’ve demonstrated consistent performance and skills, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a hybrid or fully remote position.What You'll DO --Close deals from qualified inbound leads and outbound cold callsConduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutionsManage and follow up on leads using any modern CRM toolConsistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock attractive incentivesShare client insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion strategy✅ What We're Looking For --1–2+ years of sales or closing experience (web development, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred)Proven cold calling skills and confidence on Phone/Video callsStrong communication skills and CRM familiarityHighly self-motivated, target-driven, and professionalBasic understanding of web development services is a plusExcellent convincing and negotiation skills to close deals effectivelyFluent in English and Hindi for client interactionsWhat We Offer --Competitive base salary + incentivesOpportunity to transition to hybrid or remote work based on performanceSupportive team and high-quality leads to help you succeedCompensation --Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on previous experience and salary)Incentives & Commissions: Performance-based, earned by meeting or exceeding sales targetsHow to Apply:Send your CV and LinkedIn profile plus a short intro video or voice note to
