Experienced Sales Closer – Web Development Services

NesterLink is a fast-growing web development agency dedicated to helping startups and small businesses build impactful digital presences. We craft high-converting, modern websites tailored to each client’s goals — and we’re now looking for a results-driven Sales Closer with cold calling experience to join our team.
👉 Note: This role will be on-site initially. Once you’ve demonstrated consistent performance and skills, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a hybrid or fully remote position.
🔥 What You'll DO --
- Close deals from qualified inbound leads and outbound cold calls
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions
- Manage and follow up on leads using any modern CRM tool
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock attractive incentives
- Share client insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion strategy
✅ What We're Looking For --
- 1–2+ years of sales or closing experience (web development, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred)
- Proven cold calling skills and confidence on Phone/Video calls
- Strong communication skills and CRM familiarity
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Basic understanding of web development services is a plus
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Fluent in English and Hindi for client interactions

💰 Compensation --
- Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on previous experience and salary)
- Incentives & Commissions: Performance-based, earned by meeting or exceeding sales targets
