Project Manager

Position SummaryPolestar is seeking for an experienced Project Manager to work with us who has managed and delivered projects in the domain of Data Analytics.Strategic Responsibilities● PMP certified + Agile Scrum Master is preferred.● Strong IT experience, preferably in the domain of Analytics.● Build and manage an end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress.● Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues andproactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered on time,with agreed cost and quality.● Deliver projects and lead the planning and implementation of multiple BI and dataanalytics projects like MSBI, Tableau, Qlik, Azure and ETL.● Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsiblefor benefits realization, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best waypossible.● Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure thattimely decisions are taken.● Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders.● This role is focused on supporting the program team to successfully implementand embed an innovative new agile delivery methodology within the data andanalytics function, in collaboration with the broader business.- Strong understanding of the Project economics, manage and optimize theresources to complete the project with quality, within budget and timelines.Required Experience:- 8–12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project management roles.- Proven experience in delivering data analytics or BI projects (MSBI, Tableau, Qlik, Azure, ETL, etc.).- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.- Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.- Prior consulting or IT services experience preferredSoft Skills:- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.- High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.About Polestar:As a data analytics and enterprise planning powerhouse, Polestar Analytics helps its customers bring out the most sophisticated insights from their data in a value-oriented manner.
