About the CompanyPMO / Project Controls Manager / Engineer Experience 8 - 20 years in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project / Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSPAbout the RoleMaintain a centralized view of all projects and programs, Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and resource availability.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of Organization and Work Breakdown Structure, Project controls plan and associated proceduresPreparation of Cost Control Procedures, Cash Flow forecast and Earned Value AnalysisMonitoring and Managing project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunitiesTrack KPIs across projects (cost, schedule, scope, quality) and Accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, reports, and risk registersCollaboration with project managers and engineers and Identify performance trends and recommend corrective measuresLiaise with PMC, EPCM, Contractors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals QualificationsEducation details: Electrical/Civil/MechnicalRequired SkillsWorking Knowledge of Primavera / MSPPreferred SkillsExperience in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC ProjectPay range and compensation packagePay range or salary or compensationEqual Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
