Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design and Estimation Engineer to lead our electrical control panel design team.Lead the design and development of electrical control panels as per project requirements and standards.Review and finalize electrical drawings, GA, power and control drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within project timelines.Ensure accuracy in design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation.Coordinate with clients for design approvals and technical clarifications.Supervise and guide the design team to maintain quality and efficiency.Provide technical support to production and testing teams during panel assembly and FAT.Required Skills and QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Evaluate tenders and prepare accurate cost estimates within deadlines.Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements for pricing.Float enquiries to vendors and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.Negotiate with suppliers and support value engineering to optimize project costs.Maintain confidentiality of costing data and ensure ISO documentation compliance.BenefitsThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and develop their skills in design and estimation.
