Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage audits and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
Oversee tax planning, GST compliance, and statutory filings.
Partner with leadership to drive financial strategies that align with business goals.
Optimize working capital, manage cash flows, and oversee fund allocations.
Monitor compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory; CA + Company Secretary (CS) preferred. Even an MBA from a reputed Bschool can be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in finance, including leadership roles in accounting, auditing, and compliance.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate laws, and taxation.
Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
