With a library of over 500+ courses, the app covers a wide range of topics, including personal finance, agriculture, animal husbandry, and numerous business sectors such as handicrafts, retail, servie industries, and home-based ventures.
We also offer a mentor-connect service via which individuals can seek guidance from a mentor. The platform also offers a marketplace enabling our customers to buy or sell their products. Recently we have launched an AI Powered bot (SRI Chatbot) which can help customers to seek knowledge on any of the topics related to the categories we offer in the platform.
Our mobile app serves over 1.3 crore users and offers courses in six languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join us as “UI Developer” and contribute to exciting projects that push the boundaries of web development.
- Role Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications. As a UI Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our applications and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. UI Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- 2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to create cohesive and compelling user experiences that align with business goals.
- 3. Component Design: Develop reusable UI components and front-end libraries to streamline development and improve consistency across applications.
- 4. Responsive Design: Ensure compatibility across a range of devices and screen sizes, with a focus on maintaining responsive and adaptive UI layouts.
- 5. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize UI performance to ensure fast load times, smooth animations, and overall efficient user interactions.
- 6. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Implement best practices for front-end development, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.
- 7. Accessibility: Adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to deliver inclusive user experiences that work for all users, including those with disabilities.
- 8. UI Testing: Implement and execute UI testing frameworks, such as Jest, Cypress, or Selenium, to ensure quality and functionality across all features and browsers.
- Qualifications:
- 1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern web development.
- 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with TypeScript and responsive design principles.
- 3. Testing & Debugging: Experience with automated UI testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and debugging tools to ensure a robust user experience.
- 4. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
- 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and work well in a team environment.
- 6. UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- 7. Design Systems: Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- 8. Performance Tuning: Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for optimizing load times and reducing rendering issues.
- 9. Tooling: Familiarity with build and package management tools, such as Webpack, Babel, or NPM.
