Position: Human Resources ManagerKey Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments.- Administer payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.- Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.- Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.- Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy development.Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with proven managerial exposure.- Prior experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
