Regional Head – Cash Management Services (RCM - Direct to Retail)
Location : Chennai, Cochin & Hyderabad
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head for Cash Management Services (RCM - Direct to Retail) to lead our sales efforts in Chennai, Cochin & Hyderabad. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building and maintaining strong client relationships with BFSI and organized retailers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in cash management services, and a deep understanding of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Establish and nurture relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote clients cash management solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position our clients offerings.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Must-Haves:
Proven track record of at least 10+ years in sales, with significant experience in cash management services.
Strong network within the BFSI sector and organized retail industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Currently IC Role and should have the ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Good to Have:
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience working in a regional or national sales role.
Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Delhi and South India.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
