Inside sales specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with proven expertise in selling Microsoft products and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and managing leads, primarily for Microsoft solutions, including Data & AI, Business Application, App Modernization etc. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and services, understanding features, benefits, and potential applications to meet customers' needs effectively.
Sales Engagement: Work closely with potential customers to understand their business requirements, demonstrating how Microsoft solutions can address their challenges and add value.
Solution Presentation: Conduct virtual presentations, product demos, and webinars to educate customers on Microsoft offerings.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating contact information, engagement status, and sales progress.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Marketing, Technical, and Product teams to improve customer experience and drive solution adoption.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience selling Microsoft solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a Microsoft sales environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Sales solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
Experience with cloud solutions and Saa S sales models.
Prior experience working within a quota-driven environment.
