Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Gxpress Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. located in Jaipur. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
