Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head to lead and scale our inside sales team, driving revenue growth across US, KSA, and India markets . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure, Analytics, and AI solutions , with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, optimize sales processes, and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Own end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on IT services (Infra, Cloud, AI, Analytics) .
Monitor sales KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline value, deal size) and implement corrective actions.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales professionals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs .
Foster a metrics-driven, high-performance culture with clear accountability.
3. Lead Management & Pipeline Development
Oversee inbound/outbound lead generation , qualification, and nurturing processes.
Ensure a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
4. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Engage with US, KSA, and India-based clients to understand needs and propose solutions.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to drive closures.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
5. Sales Operations & Process Improvement
Ensure CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and accurate sales reporting.
Streamline processes to reduce sales cycle length and improve efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Account Management teams to align efforts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and retain top sales talent.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
10+ years in inside sales , with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
Deep expertise in selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Analytics, or AI/ML solutions .
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in US/International markets .
Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Good-to-Have:
Experience working in late-evening shifts (to align with US time zones).
Knowledge of sales automation and analytics tools .
