For more information visit our website and portfolio. About the Job Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Pune We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented developers, overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in the development process while providing technical guidance and leadership to the team. Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Architect, design, and develop software solutions that align with the project goals, best practices, and industry standards. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance. Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to address them. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, explore new technologies, and promote best practices to enhance the development process. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of software products. Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, and effectively communicate progress and potential risks to the project stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software development industry. Must-Haves: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Lead or similar role, leading and mentoring development teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e. G., HTML/CSS, Java Script, React, Angular, etc.). Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node. Js, Express. Js, Nest. Js and typescript. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and/or No SQL). Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e. G., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services. Deep understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices. Solid experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience with Blockchain Technology Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools (e. G., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. Understanding of mobile application development (i OS/Android) and associated frameworks. Why join us?
